Provided by YP.comI stopped in here 3 months ago and will not go back. I have been receiving solicitation junk mail ever since. No thank-you.
The customer service was cheesy-salesman like and nothing was explained to me in technical terms; not even when requested. I was treated in a condescending type manner as though I knew nothing about cars which is not true. My bill consisted of misc. items that had little to do with the actual repair and suggestions that were pointless. I felt dirty walking out, in a "I was just violated" sort of way.
Good news: I have other options to repair my vehicle and certainly am happy to exercise these. I suggest others do the same.
Perhaps Tomas Lopez should spend more time actually working on vehicles and studying innovative engine repair versus mass mailings, flirting with customers and replying to posts on Yelp.

Provided by SuperpagesAbsolutely awful. I would never come back here again and caution anyone else to. No sympathy, no care and no lack of greed. Never again.

Provided by SuperpagesThis guy is a CROOK. I would highly recommend finding another shop to go to. Rest assured I am filing a complaint with the State BAR association. Shady mechanic!!!!

Provided by SuperpagesI was lured in by the oil change coupon that came in the newspaper. Upon arrival I was told that there was a $3 disposal fee and because I had a Volvo there was a $10 surcharge for a canister oil filter. Not the same coupon bargain, but I was there. 15 minutes into the process, the mechanic came out to tell me that he wanted $169.99 to replace all of the fluids in my car. This was ludicrous so I politely declined. He then told me that I had an oil leak and he wanted $49.99 to inject a die into the system, I then could come back in a couple of days and they could pinpoint the leak, it would then cost me about $220 to repair. I have been under my car and there is no spotting on my driveway so I know I do not have an oil leak. Again I politely refused. The mechanic was not pleased to hear this. An hour later I returned home. My neighbor called this morning to tell me that there is oil all over my driveway and it is running down into the street. This was deliberate and vindictive.

Provided by SuperpagesUNDER NEW MANAGEMENT I am a Viet Nam Veteran, and a local elementary school teacher. Tomas, the new owner, mechanic, is a former Airborne Ranger. He is a no nonsense guy who will tell you exactly what is needed, and fix the problem. I own a Ford and a Chevy. He has them running better than ever. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT. VERY DEPENDABLE!!!!!!!!!

Provided by SuperpagesNEW MANAGEMENT - THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! I was shopping for a needed repair and Super Lube not only beat the price but also completed the job on time and their work was incredible. It is nice to find a auto repair shop that is honest and provide services at more than competitive pricing. Bring your car to this place with confidence. You will be very very pleased.

Provided by YP.comWarning!!!! Do not get suckered in with their low price coupons. They appear and treat their customers nicely which is a front to get you to do car work in their shop. Promises they made were not kept when it came down to payment.
