On Scene's Rick Klein told me his client Sunstate Companies was filing harassment charges against me for posting my experience on FB.



I received a letter from their attorney stating they are denying responsibility. They say the trailer was empty so it couldn't have happened. I claimed all along the trailer was empty just read the Nevada Highway Patrol Report #130428704.



No notice of filing a suit against me though like Rick Klein claimed.



Driver failed to clear his trailer after dumping his load, a rock dislodged and fell from his trailer smacked my pickup twice leaving with with a broken window that Rick Klein calls an alleged rock chip and they offered me $30 to "go on my way" as Rick Klein put it.



Wonderful business ethics that Sunstate Landscaping Companies and On Scene have towards the public.

My yard looks amazing - the staff is so friendly, and they listened to everything I wanted and executed it perfectly. I am perfectly satisfied and already referred my friend to them. Stellar work.
