Do NOT trust a word RACHEL RIEDEL, the "administrator" tells you or sign any papers she asks you to! Trust what others who've been scammed & had to fight this place say! It turns out to be a blessing that less than 16 hrs before my long-planned surgery Riedel called giving me fraudulent info about my insurance company specifically concocted to extort money from me & defraud my insurance. Think long & hard before u sign that paper that says all u owe is the co-pay!! It IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. Thankfully, my REAL insurance company had also called to warn me!! Run, don't walk, from this shady, scheming, ill-equipped scam. Your body and bank account will thank you.
