Am I the only one that noticed that with the new staff came the bad reviews? Love the doctors but the nurise in front desk act like we're bothering her

Do not go to this clinic. The staff acts like you are a bother - they just do not care. They forget about you in one room to the next. Wait for 2 hours and see the doc for 4 minutes. Dr Mark was actually very nice when I saw him - but then he was gone for the last 3 appointments and it was horrible! They ask you the same questions for every visit and surprise - the file is always wrong. They do not run your blood like other offices - they do not look for everything. Why even bother!

Do not go to this clinic - you spend two hours waiting and the doctor sees you for 5 minutes. Whether or not you make an appointment - you are still waiting. If they call you in for results - you still have to explain yourself 100 times. They do not communicate with each other - they do not have correct information in your file. I have removed them as my primary and I will never return.

incompetent slow staff, confusing answers, miscommunication amongst them, scheduling is a pain, they hardly answer the phone. If you leave a message they never call you back. I can never get a hold of the doctor when I have a question. I don't always SEE the same doctors, so I'm having to repeat myself and be asked the same questions I already told another doctor.



I got a very important test and they DID NOT test for everything, and when I confronted them with it, they said they were sorry and blamed it on the lab. (AA medical)Lab won't give me any answers when I called them. They sent me to get another test from a different lab(Quest Diagnostics).



Their incompetence also makes it so I have to pay for more unnecessary co-pays, because they lost my results TWICE!! Two times, for 2 completely different test. I'm just lucky that I ask for copies, because when I called they said they didn't have the original.



Finally went back in and they couldn't give me a copy of some other results I've asked for because their printer was broken, so I have to come back in.



EVERY TIME I've gone it is AT LEAST an hour or more wait. from the time you sign-in til the time you're in the exam room.

Nice clinic. Easy to check in with the electronic questionnaire. The staff is really great and caring. Jasmine at the front desk makes you feel at ease. Nurse Rosemary is quite efficient at intake. Angelique takes blood so professionally.....no pain at all. Dr. Mark is super and so knowledgeable. If you are looking for a great neighborhood clinic, this is it. Even if you have to wait, it is well worth the competent care.

front desk staff is amazing!!

the front desk girl is very sweet and likes to help me out! not like other clinics where they done even bother to give you a smile :) the nurses as well are all very sweet and attend to you nicely.. im on their diet program and have lost 20 lbs and feel fantastic!!! they are quick and are their for you .. def. best location out of all 3 of them :)
