I could not get in to see my dr for clearance for surgery. My surgeon recomended that i go to this clinic. So I went to the Pecos and Bonanza location. The Dr. was very cold,The staff was unfriendly, and very unknowledgeable. They are suposed to be Medical assistants. My ekg showed artifact because the electrodes were placed on my wristbone. My blood was drawn WITHOUT gloves! I was horrified! After waiting 2-1/2 hours to see the Dr. He was very cold. I left the office only to go back 3 days later to get my blood test results the Dr. then came out and started giving me my test results in the waiting room and was not quiet or nice. I finally just started being rude as welll. I would not send ANYONE i know to this place and will definitely be filing a complaint! This place was filthy nothing was even filed! the stacks of patient information that was just laying around!

I would not recommend this location, while SOME of the staff is friendly, the doctors and PA-C's are not. I went there for weight-loss, a time before, and it was covered under my health insurance. Well the owners, decided that they could make good money, and would no longer accept my insurance for the weight-loss/control program. If I wanted to continue, it would be close to $100 a month for 4 shots, and a months worth pills. Which I could get at any Pharm for a fraction of the cost.



On top of the rip off for pills, they tend to act confused, as if they dont know what your talking about. There is a TV, that has never worked while I visited, and the facilty is dirty. I understand that a office gets dirty, but when the floors like as if they havent been scrub in a week, that is unacceptable. I would say, if your looking for a medical clinic, please see another one, youll be saving yourself time and money

i absolutley love this place i have been to all 3 locations and i love the warm friendly smiles i recieve when i walk in to their office:) .. my whole family comes here and they are all very pleased... sunsetclinic treats us like family !!! everyone should definitly stop by evern if its just for a physical :)

I have gone to two different locations (lone mt and buffalo) and given both several tries. Everytime I have gone they have been confused to say the least. I had to remind staff repeatedly of why I was there (including the Dr) and what tests needed to be done. I have had to go back each time I have needed a refill on routine medications (they dont seem to want to give me refills except on birthcontrol). They are inconsistent with returning phone calls. I am switching my primary doc and highly recommend not going to Sunset Clinics

The doctor is there was so mean to my daughter,she had kidney stone I ask what I can do for the pain he said take her to the emergency room. I then ask them to call the insurance to pre-auth the medician,they say I will and they never did. I will not take my worst enemy to this place.
