my review from yelp that I copied and pasted.From January.

Brought my morganite here to get the surface scratches buffed out.i was told by the gentleman who looked at it it would be $30 after going to the back to speak with someone and they said we don't even have to remove the stone.I thought ok I've never had it buffed so I didn't know prices or the process of buffing it out.

I just realized after having the ring back for a week that my stone is completely lopsided.I was crying I was so upset.There's no point in calling them because there's nothing they can do,they ruined my stone.I wish they would've told me this could change the shape of the stone completely,I wouldn't have done it at all! Now that's all I'm looking at is the fact that the shape of my stone is completely different.You can see how it's sloped if you look at the prongs. Showed to my mom and husband to make sure it wasn't just me.They also shaved down a prong as well because they have no idea what they’re doing! They said they send it to someone to be buffed well that person is responsible for this and this is a reflection of your company and their shoddy work.I’m heartbroken!!

I look at my ring a lot as I'm in love with it and have had it for over 4 years I know my ring.This completely changed it and I am heartbroken. DO NOT bring your jewelry here.
Another note when I picked it up I noticed there was some scratches on it still and I pointed it out & they brought it over to a gentleman who said yeah those are too deep to get and he said it's MUCH improved and he said it in such a rude way, and said it WAS only $30 for the job.I never asked for the cheapest option. all I did was come in and asked for the scratches to be buffed out and they told me the price and what would happen. I would've rather spent $300 to make sure it was done correctly. DO NOT bring jewelry here they will ruin it. I don't know how you couldn't have seen this when inspecting the ring. There is also new damage they did.
