Just washed two loads of clothes here. Very disappointed at the lack of customer service. Upon pulling out my load of clothes from the washer, I found the clothes dirty and covered with the film and grime from the washer unit. When I approached the employee to communicate my issue rather than acknowledge a potential problem with the machine, she was disinterested. I asked for the owner's name and she declined to tell me. It is ridiculous how people are treated when TV ferry patronize your establishment. Never again!
