Such friendly staff, very pleasant. They were very nice and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Sudden Impact to others.

They repaired our 2003 Honda Accord which was damaged by a reckless driver. They did an outstanding job. The car looks brand new. Everyone was very friendly. They called us several times to inform us on the progress of the repair. I highly recommend this shop.
