Always a great experience. They have been helping me out for years they are always pleasant to deal with.

After being in an accident, I took my car to Sudden Impact for body work. They did a great job and during the four days they had my car they gave me frequent status updates. I was extremely pleased with the work they did. Now six months later, having a minor issue with the work that was completed and they gladly are fixing it plus taking care of another unrelated ding for free! Sudden Impact has taken good care of me and I highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs!
