Provided by YP.comWell I gave these a$$holes the benefit of the doubt, and went to their business anyway..... was quoted one price on the phone then charged another in shop. Oh yeah did I mention this was 2 1/2 years ago when I had them change my tires..... skip to today I just put new tires on my bike and was told hey, you have no rear spacer! So thanks you worthless pieces of sh*t, not only could you have f*cked up my bike but you put me and my wife in danger by being negligent douche bags! Don't worry I'm back in town in Oct. I'll make sure and give you f**ks my regards in person!

Provided by YP.comI liked that everyone knew their stuff. I've been to other places, bigger places where they'll have pretty faces at the register who are clueless and indifferent.
These guys picked up my bike that has been sitting 8+ years from my home got her running. When I saw the bill, I noticed that they had done a lot of work they didn't charge me for and left off the bill. They were just as excited to get my bike running and on the road as I was. the pick up and delivery charge probably only covered gas for them, considering where I live. I'm planning on going back for continued maintenance/restoration/customization to my bike as well as gear.

Provided by YPmobileTook my sons 50 in for a tube replacement, they charged $35, went to pick up bike and said they wanted $70 cuz labor!!! Hahah Carter charges way less!!! Get it together Str8 Up ripoff!!
First of all we didn't charge you 70 dollars we only received 40 dollars and you took off without paying your bill. Second of all before you leave someone a bad review make sure what you leave on the review is accurate and I told your son before hand what the cost would be, AND NO YOU DIDN'T PAY 70 DOLLARS. We also told you son BEFORE you brought the bike in it would be 35 dollars with the tire already off and if you bring in the whole bike it would be 70. I won't work for free THIS IS A BUSINESS and a very fair one at that. I hope you sleep well with not paying people for the work they HONESTLY do. Have a nice day @ Carter.
