received terrible customer service from Calvin- the manager. when i requested the name of his boss or the store owner, he went off on me and told me he wouldn't give it to me and hung up. when i called back he was terribly rude and would not provide a name so that I could make a complaint. I had to call 22 times to get the name of the owner or the district manager. Calvin told me to never come to the store and that he was going to call the police and turn me in for harrasment. I kept calling anyway until they gave me the name of the district manager. I had a valid complaint and felt as a customer, that I had the right to address it.
