Jason King and Steve installed our security system/cameras. They were very helpful in explaining how everything works. We greatly appreciate their professionalism and knowledge. As always, the company hires only the best. We used them at our previous home and were very pleased. That is why we used Sting again. They truly hire very knowledge technicians. Again. A TECHNICIAN BY THE NAME OF BILLY CAME BY OUR HOUSE YESTERDAY 2.9.22 BECAUSE ONE OF OUR LIGHTS ON THE OUTSIDE OF OUR GARAGE WAS CAUSING PROBLEMS WITH THE CAMERA BEING ABLE TO TAKE CLEAR PICS AND VIDEOS. WELL BILLY HAPPILY SOLVED OUR PROBLEM. HE WAS ON, VERY PROFESSIONAL, COUTEOUS, AND SINCERELY WANTED TO TO RESOLVE OUR ISSUE WHICH HE DID. I HAD A CERTAIN CHARM ABOUT HIM AS IF HE WAS A MANAGER. HE MADE ME FEEL SECURE WITH HIS SINCERITY. EVERYONE FROM STING IS GREAT. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH HAVING THEM SECURE YOUR PROPERTY. THANKS STING FOR HAVING BILLY WITH UOUR COMPANY. Rick Grant, our technician for Sting Alarm, was scheduled to be here between 8:30 - 10:30 am and he came in around 8:40am. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. If I could request Rick to come out again whenever we have an issue, I would. He was great!

Rick - Technician comes to our Home - Great Personality, Great Service, Rick is the best, I have dealt with the front Line people from all company’s and the front Line peoples attitude, willingness to answer questions is huge for any Company, Rick has a great persoality but most of all he knows what he is doing, I would highly recomend Sting Alarm to everyone in the Las Vegas Valley.

Never have had any issues with this company that were not taken care of. Ryan is fantastic at explaining and fixing any issues that I have had. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a system.

Service isn't bad. But they will not negotiate letting you out of your contract without paying the full amount due. Telephone companies, cell phone carriers and cable operators all negotiate early termination fees. But Sting will hold you to the whole term with no options. If you do use them, do not sign anything long term or you're stuck.

I just had an alarm sysyem installed in my home and I couldn't be happier! The installer was very courteous and professional and made sure I was comfortable using the key pad and answered all my questions before he left. I kept putting off getting an alarm because I thought it would be a hassle but it was so easy! Now I feel safe and secure whether I am home or not. Having that peace of mind is priceless. I would definitley reccommend Sting Alarm to anyone!

We have been working with American Video Surveillance for the past 5 years. They are always there for us no matter what the need. they are a great company to work with.

I had a different security company show up at my door and I felt like they forced me into signing a very expensive contract. After a day or so, I started calling around to find out what other companies offered. I was able to cancel with the bully company and go with AVS. They had a much nicer looking alarm and I didn't feel backed into a corner like the other guys had me. So far, i highly recommend them.

In August of 2010, I called no fewer than 10 alarm companies in Las Vegas. AVS was neither the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but gave me more options than any of the other companies. They installed in a week, a whole CCTV system. I locked myself out of the DVR a couple months later, and the office gal walked me through opening it up over the phone, no charge. Highly recommended!

John and the personnel at AVS provided a very professional and high quality service and installation. Customer service has been prompt to answer and return calls. I compared their services to other companies in town and was able to see that i would be getting a much better product and service from AVS for my $$. Thanks guys!

AVS installed a new system in my store back in Sept. 2010. the pricing was competitive considering the advanced alert features and performance of the system. From the sales proces to the installation and monitoring, they did exactly what they said they would do. I highy recommend AVS. - Mark B.
