Provided by YP.comOver 8 years ago I paid off a loan with Sterling Escrow. I was charged $125 for a Reconveyance that was NEVER done. I am now trying to deal with my bank and I am showing a lien on my property from this company because they did not finish the correct paperwork. How in the heck can anyone give this company 5 stars? LucyPinon must be the one who is not putting up a legitimate review! The phone is out of service, and who knows if I can get my title cleared efficiently. Awful, just awful!
