Loud, horrible and rude. Management here is a joke. Nobody takes responsibility for anything, and there is no communication between the manager and assistant manager (which has changed three times in the last three months). They often call on the same day and send out rental notices completely in conflict with each other. When you ask which notice is correct, no answer is given.
Virtually no attention is paid to the condition of the premises. Broken bottles and trash are left near the pool, the fire pit and in the parking lot for WEEKS, until the wind and the rain finally wash them away.
If you have an apartment that faces the pool area, you will never have any peace. The acoustics are terrible. It literally sounds like people are directly outside your bedroom window at all hours of the day. During the daytime, you will hear children screaming all day long. At night and into the morning hours, people are often drinking or smoking pot by the fire pit, unaware of how loud they are. Management is aware but does nothing to address these issues because it is not cost effective.
Rent keeps going up, and management is happy to lease the apartments to people who really can't afford them except to pile people way beyond capacity in to the units. It's not unusual to find 4 or 5 people living in a one bedroom apartment, or 6-7 stacked into a two bedroom. If this wasn't located in a good school district, no one would live here.

If you have children this is the worst place possible to rent from. They are not family friendly at all! Numerous families that have children have been harassed so much by Brett the apartment manager they finally decided to pack up and leave. There are several issues they refuse to address such as broken appliances, getting paint on others property, mold growing along the windows in the bedrooms. We've even had to go so far as to write a written complaint and send it certified mail because they were no longer accepting in person complaints or over the phone. He has since started to reject certified letters. Our children have been falsely accused of so many things, things in which wouldn't have been possible seeing as how they were not on not at home but out of state! Brett came to my apartment door and stated he was "sick of us", he also said "I don't like your kids" all of this was heard by my young children and I have this encounter on video.

Another incident was when an older gentelman early 40's started to threaten two other boys in the complex, he was making verbal threats and coming to their door on a regular basis. When said child's father made a complaint to Brett the first time, he again, ignored it. The second and third time this happened police reports were made and it was brought to Brett's attention again. In which he responded "If you complain about him again, I will have you evicted."

He then gave two families letters that stated we were free to leave with no penalty for breaking the lease. This tells me that he's knows he is wrong!

That being said, we have contacted an attorney and the BBB. Three different families (that we know of) will be pursuing legal action against them for discrimination and harassment.

I will say, that Emily (office staff) and Eduardo (maintenance) are incredible! They are two of the kindest people I've ever met.
