Beware! Count your medicine before leaving!

I am opening up a case with the Pharmacy Board regarding Spring Valley Pharmacy giving me a shortage of medication.

My prescription was for 120 and I was given 30. After a week of promises from the pharmacist to rectify the issue and to look at video of the transaction there have been no steps in resolving this. In fact he will not admit to ever watching the video and says instead that the count of the medication on their end comes out right. He then implied that I was at fault.

I explained that there is no way that I would put myself in this position and take this much time for myself, even to be scrutinized by the pharmacy board myself, the bottom line is he will find out that they're in the wrong. I don't know how it happened there but it did and if they can't find it on there end I will do what I can to make sure that it is found out.

I have had the misfortune of having to use quite a few pharmacies within the last 12 years. After going to many different stores I finally found THE BEST!! They give you the bedside manner that most Doctors don't even give anymore. Jessica is awesome, she does whatever it takes to make sure that you get your medicines (especially when it comes to fighting with insurance companies). I don't know about you, but when I feel like crap, the last thing that I want to do is to have to fight with my insurance company to get them to pay for my medicines. She has handled everything that I've thrown her way with grace and a beautiful smile!! You will have NO regrets going there for the first time or switching over all of your meds to this pharmacy. Take it from someone who has been going through this for a long time (at a young age) you can't find a better pharmacy in this town!
