Very bad experience at this place! I went for a check up and got hit with a bill of $500 with unnecessary lab tests, that I wasn't even informed are being done. Afterwards trying to contact the billing person and they never get back to me. Dishonest behavior, just trying to bump up your bill to make money!On top of that I asked not to be prescribed antibiotics because I'm allergic and they didn't even take this into consideration, they still did even though they could change the medication type. So disappointed of this place and the careless practitioners and employees!

Avoid this Scam practice!!!

Well so far I did not meet the Dr. but it was my First visit and only made apt day before.. I have been having tons of female problems more and more severe for 8 years and the PA that I saw was more than help full and has already ordered tons of tests to try and track down what is going on.. I haves had the same OBGYN for over ten years and she topped his effort in one visit!!! It was also very clean!!! So once I meet the Doc I will surly rate again... The other staff was down to earth and nice to although one chick attitude seem to change after the PA started to make me feel better about getting a diagnosis and treatment..

I like Dr. Norton a lot it's his PA-C Celeste tunnel that I can not tolerate! She is very rude, and I refuse to deal with her anymore!

It's interesting that people seem to either love or hate Dr. Norton. It's true he rushes his appts. and is not a chatty person, however, he has always answered any question and followed up any concern thoroughly and patiently. He delivered my second child (first was with SWM- awful experience!) with such expertise, caring, and skill that my recovery period was next to nothing- completely opposite of my first experience. Overall, Not overtly friendly but GREAT doctor! Going to use him again for our third baby.

I have no rating, but have to select a star to submit this statement. Please remove the star as this is not fair to the Doctor. Just wanted to point out this is listed as a birthing center and it is not.

I really wish I would have looked at all the online reviews for this doctor's office before I went to them. Everything written in the bad reviews is true. Horrible service. I never saw the actual doctor, but all the girls that were there were rude as hell. They didn't make you feel comfortable at all. They hate being asked questions. They try to spend as little time with you as possible. They don't even get back at you about any test results in a timely manner. If it weren't for me hounding them down, I never would have gotten my results. Horrible little business they have going on and I sincerely think they should be shut down.

My wife and I had our 2 children with him and trust him to deliver our 3rd when it happens. I had to go have a talk with Dr.Norton when my wife and I felt we were waiting to long just to be rushed out of our appointments. Since then, we'be had no complaints. Dr.Norton has a gift when it comes to explaining procedures and unforseen circumstances. Try him out and see if his style is what you want. Different strokes for different folks.

i have been a patient of Dr Norton's for 4 yrs. he delivered 2 of my kids and sees my teen daughter. He has always been great. if i have concerns and need to talk to him he is there answers every question.hes always busy, but if u nd to talk he will. he would see me then we would go to his office so we could free the room. when i was pregnant with my son my daughter had a lot of questions and she was 9 at the time and he would explain everything she wanted to know to her on her level. i see there are reviews that are bad and i am sorry to see you had a hard time but he is worth it. he is the best obgyn i have ever had and would not go anywhere else..

This facility is a joke. The customer service is an embarrassment. They are rude, short, and don't explain anything to you. The Dr. rushed through everything and seemed to have no idea what any of his staff did after the exam was over. There was little or no privacy when speaking to him in his office with the door wide open. Everyone seemed very confused and when I called for results of the procedure I thought I had I was rudely interrupted and told what was actually done. I was prescribed a prescription before I even received any test results back. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone!

This Dr. has no bedside manner and is ver condisending. He does not do a complet check up and is very short and cuts you off when you want additional information about your unborn child. He is very quick to perscribe meds that are not good for an unborn child. My child was born at 24 weeks becasue this Dr. would not place me on bed rest after I begged for 3 weeks. When I finally went to another Dr. they placed me on bed rest and called to follow up with Dr. Norton and he told them I was over reacing and a wimp. I had a ruptured uterus and lost alot of blood buring the birth. I have sever Drs backing up the fact he should have placed me on bed rest... he wrote me a note and that was all, I paid for short term disablitly at work and he refused to fill out the paper work becasue he told me that I was complained and there was nothing wrong... I would have liked for him to tell my child that when he was fighting for his life in the NICU... Please choose another Dr.

I was not happy with this Dr. He was very rude, condesending and down right un educated when it came to premature labor. I would not trust going to this Dr when a life is in question. Any Dr. is better than this one.

I have been a patient of Dr Norton's for about 6 months and he has performed 2 surgeries on me in that time. He is an excellent doctor!! I needed the surgeries in a hurry and he was willing and able to accomodate my schedule. Always very professional & courteous! One of the best doctors I've ever been to.

NEVER NEVER see this Dr. he is the worst ever, even a Dr. with a medical Mal practice is better than this one. He is rude, condsending and neglectful while causing sever birth probmlems with my child... FIND ANYOTHER DR BESIDES THIS ONE

If this is your first baby or if you think you may have questions concerning your pregnancy, please do not go to this doctor. He has no bed side manners or people skills. I went to Dr. Norton while pregnant with my third child. Whenever, I saw Dr. Norton, I felt rushed and basically pushed out of his office. He has too many patients for him to be the only doctor in this office. His staff changed every couple of months. I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy.

thay all did a good job

I am not happy with this Dr. at all, his PA is great but now I am further along so I have to see the Dr. and he does not do a complete check up, at my last visit he listened for the baby's heartbeat and then basically walked out the door because he was done. I had to ask him for test results which he gave to me out in the hallway in front of all the staff and some patients. I then called to see if I could just see the PA for my next appointment and was told NO I was too far along. The PA actually checked me for progress and the Dr. didn't even check at my next appt. after I have already started to dilate. Very frustrating especially since this is my first baby. I feel like I am an inconvenience to him everytime I see him, I wish I would have trusted my gut in the beginning and switched doctors.

Was extremely impressed with how warm the staff is and how patient and careful Dr. Norton is. Dr. Norton delivered my baby. Along the whole way, the staff and Doctor took my calls and returned each one with informative answers. Never made me feel insignificant while asking several questions about having my first child. Highly recommend this group! They made me feel like family!

Great Doctor & great assistants!

I went in for my yearly check up. They were all extremely impresonal. They did not even do a chest exam and both my grandmother's have had chest cancer! I would not recomend this clinic to anybody. The clinic is also not very clean or welcoming.
