I was there for 4 years. The place is no 5 star hotel but its not supposed to be. It offers low weekly rates for those of us who don't have credit or have bad credit. It offers a place to stay for those of us who need a fully furnished room. I made some really good friends there over the years and it hurts me to see some of the negative reviews. There are some problems of course there will be especially in that part of town and considering the type of people these kind of places attract sometime. Look past those and you will see some great people just trying to make an honest living.

You get what you pay for with sportsman's If you need a quick place to live that ain't gonna check your credit, then this is the place for you. If you're looking for a 5 start establishment with all the bells and whistles, go somewhere else. Rooms are decent, staff was nice, only one pool was open, neighborhood is okay at best.

I stayed at sportsmans for almost 7 months last year and while the rooms are out of date you cant beat there prices. I would lean more towards 4.5 stars instead of 5 but I rounded up just to be nice. A couple of the workers stood out to me. Deb and James were great people who took great care of me and the people around me. You can tell they really cared about there tenants.

I don't know. I stayed for a little over a month and had no problems. You get what you pay for so all those complaining about this, that, and the other need to realize you aren't staying at a 5 star hotel on the strip. These places are meant for those trying to dig themselves out of a hole.

Exactly what we needed in a desperate time. We were evicted. Our credit stunk and we needed a place to live. It wasn't the best area but the prices and fully furnished rooms were very good.

I liked the prices and some of the staff were very nice. The rooms were a little old but had couches and chairs and tables. The front pool wasn't working when I was there for a few months but it was winter time so I guess no one would be swimming anyways. My only complaint was there was a odor coming from the closet and it took them a few days to come take care of it. They were able to take care of it and I had no problems after that.

We stayed there right when we moved to vegas many years ago and it was decent. Honestly you can't be their price but the rooms were dated and some of the people living there were interesting to say the least. The staff was cool and we loved that there was a bar on site!

If you have ever stayed at a weekly before you know they aren't the best places to stay. I have been to a few and this was a little bit better than the others. The manager was actually super cool and if I had a problem they came to fix it pretty quickly. Yeah theres some odd balls walking around the property but you get that at every weekly. Prices are good and service is good. What more can you want?

IF you can get past the "interesting" people that hang around Sportsman's you'll really like the rates and rooms. Service is good too.

I don't know how anyone can give this place more than 1 star. Took 4 weeks to fix my shower. They lost my mail, which you have to pick up at the gas station next door. Worst extended stay ever!!!! The people here are rude!!!!

Honestly, once you get to know your neighbors, it's not so bad. You get what you pay for and that's exactly what I thought going in. Rooms are outdated but serviceable, there's always people out walking around, the front desk service was decent but the price was awesome and that's all I was looking for.

HORRIBLE!!! Customer service is a freakin joke! The guys that work the front desk and the security guards are straight up A-holes! I think they do it on purpose bcuz they hate their pathetic jobs! They hold back important information for their own amusement. The laundry rooms close at 8pm security will watch you put your stuff in and hope you don't get back by 8 so they can lock your clothes up til the next day. And if this happens and you go tofront desk to ask to unlock for you, the front desk guys and security will laugh at you cuz they screwed you! Also bad bad bug problems, scorpions, roaches and bed bugs galore! If you enjoy being treated as badly as humanly possible you should move there! Otherwise dont even drive by cuz you might get bed bugs! Rent a room here at your own risk!

The prices were nice. Exactly what I was looking for.

Service is fine.

Prices are great.

Location is so so.

Pools are nice.

Rooms are decent.

Overall it's a little bit above average weekly hotel.

I've been at Sportsmans for almost a year now. I don't have good credit so I can't get a typical place to live. Sportsmans doesn't check credit its a week to week rental. The rooms are comfortable. Plus they clean my room every week.

Really enjoyed my stay there. The price was amazing (which was the main reason I picked Sportsmans). I am loving the pools as well. Sure the rooms and the staff can be a little problematic, but nothing major to report.

The people at the front desk treated me nice, they took care of me when I went to them and asked for my room to be cleaned again. My room should have been perfect to begin with but the way they handled the situation calmed me down. I figured I was already paying such a low price instead of checking out I would talk to the front desk and see how they would handle the problem. They had a worker go to my room immediately and clean it. I was there for 2 and a half weeks and the only other problem was the occasional noise. Other than that there was nothing to complain about.
