One of the better weeklys I have ever stayed in. Unfortunately I have stayed in a lot and for the most part they are gross. I only heard bad things about sportsman's but still ended up giving it a shot. So far my expeirence is a lot better than I thought it would be. The rooms are clean, no sign of bugs, staff is pretty chill, security is very nice, I feel safe. I might be here for a while so I am glad it's cool.

I've been here for little over a month and have seen how hard they have been working at making the property look great. The rooms are redone. New paint. Better security. Management has been pleasant!

We have loved our stay at this location. The staff is so nice and make you feel at home. We hope to only be here for a little while but wouldn't be upset if we stayed longer. We love our neighbors. They are very friendly

I have been at this location for 6 months and the staff has been great. The rooms are nice and my neighbors are very decent. I don't mind living here at all. They have painted all the buildings and they are much nicer now. I spend a lot of time in the new park area. Very relaxing.

They have taken many impressive steps to fix/clean/improve this place even in the year I have been here. They painted all the buildings, fixed most of the rooms, improved security and the staff seems better trained. We don't have nearly as many problems as we did when I first moved in. The cops are hardly ever here. Our neighbors are very nice!

Loved my stay there. Was there for 3 and a half weeks and made some great friends. I was able to walk to the local stores and loved it.

I am currently living at sportsmans and I enjoy it. Look, it's not the greatest, fanciest motel in Vegas but they offer a great weekly price and newly remodeled rooms. I don't know about you but if you're looking for a nice place to live for a great price, this is it.

This is by far the best weekly I have stayed at in Vegas. I have terrible credit so buying or even renting a home is a no good right now. I have moved around a lot but I love sportsman's the staff is amazing and so nice. The rooms are well kept too!

I lived at sportsman's for a while about 4 years ago and it was a disaster. Crime, bugs, shady people all over the place. I went back recently to visit a friend staying there and all she was saying was how nice it was. I couldn't believe how much it changed. New rooms, new paint, new park, security actually walking around, neighbors friendly. What the heck happened? New management? Who knows but sportsman's went from a crack hole to a pretty decent place to live from what I could see.

In the two years I have lived here they have really cleaned the place up. The rooms are clean, building is repainted, new turf, better security and the staff is much friendlier. We haven't had any problems in a year or so. Less cops being called as well!

I have lived here for 3 years and have never had a problem. I very much like the neighbors above me who have been here for longer than I have. They are quiet and very nice people. The neighbors to the left and right of me are good to.

I had a very enjoyable time at Sportsman's Royal Manor. The staff was over-the-top nice and took great care of my family and I. We really enjoyed the new rooms. They look great!

I love the people here becasue they are from all over and world and have so many great stories. It's been a lot of fun.

Went from Manor Suites to Sportsman's royal manor. Seemed like the only logical thing to do since I needed to move to the east and they are sister propertys. Sportsman's is much bigger and way more active. There are always people out and about. It's not as nice as manor but really not bad at all. I do miss the shopping malls over at manor but being close to work is a major plus. My rooms seems like it was just redone and looks great. It smells good too which I was surprised at. Usually weekly rooms don't smell the nicest. I've only been here for a week but no problems yet. I have been swimming once and it was very refreshing.

We were looking for a cheap place to live for a month while we were recovering from a fire at our home. Sportsman's took us in and offered great prices and excellent service. The front desk staff was amazing. It was a difficult time in our lives and we just want to say thank you for making it a bit easier.

We have been at sportsman's for 3 weeks with no problems. The staff has been excellent. We were able to get in to one of the newly remodeled rooms and for a weekly it's incredible. For these prices I would expect a lot less but we are getting more than what we are paying for.

I moved into this nightmare of a place only to be greeted by a scorpian and nearly eaten alive (LITERALLY) by disgusting bed bugs (red, black, and their babies were crawling all over me), which infested the couch and bed; the manager was not remorseful what-so-ever and non-sailantly and reluctantly offered to give me my money back ONLY if I left that day.

(OH, and the front desk staff must have been threatened by the owners not to side with tenants because they tried to tell me that this is normal and if you go anywhere in Vegas you will deal with this???? REALLY?????? I think NOT!)

Well, I have no car and had no other place to go with such short notice so I was forced to stay and sleep with one eye open; they moved me into another room (like that was going to solve the infestation problem) only to be greeted by a slew of roaches which I have to fight off DAILY to this day.

I had numerous other issues with this room as well, the stove, phone, and it was just filthy, and it took over a week for them to resolve just one of the issues. I swear if anyone knows these things going in, you would not reside in such a place. You would rather stay on the streets with the rest of the homeless. I see why they sleep under overpasses; it's cleaner.

This place should be shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ALLOWING IT TO KEEP IT'S DOORS OPEN????????? They are sick!!!

Now I am itching all over and it won't stop. I have never in my life seen a bed bug or scorpians until I moved there. I have bite marks on me and it's a sick reminder of the devastation and trauma it has caused.....DONT DO IT!!!!

I'm moving into my own house when I get my return and I will possibly have to see a therapist after staying here!!!!!! >:(

It just cannot be worse: CHEATING PERSONAL
Cockroaches, not working lamps, no microwave, broken shelves and drawers, 50 yrs old mattress with one flat side, blinds don’t close well, bathtub that you don’t want to touch - so wasted!... a spider’s nest with the guy (dead from pesticides? or from frustration?! won’t be surprised if he committed suicide)-- this ugly place is good only in the office.
Newly built suits at about 2000 Fremont cost 225/week. This monster 250. + $35 they take as a refundable. But you have to expect the unexpected. Dirty hands will not give you money before they... check on the room. And you can see their fatty butts not going to check it before time is off.It means that if the suit doesn’t get checked before 10 am, your money will end in their deep pockets. Simple crime.
How safe is to stay there?
They have Police riding and walking 24 hours around, and STILL the place is a serious danger. Something bad happens so often... Police with guns attacked a door - twice in 3 days! You will be glad to get to the downtown’s dangerous places better than to be at this place.
Something was advertised about a renovation. For a young man like me and a family like mine, nothing good was offered. Probably, they get money for to give you a better place. Not having so much of $$$...
I know a few people who want to sue this management.
I don’t want to mess with them. A decaying world of these guys is so unhealthy that they already pay the price... Unfortunately,I sent my photos to those who want to shake this place a bit. I didn’t keep originals.
Justice will come. I just cannot risk my family.

Family recently lost our home due to a fire and we needed a quick place to stay. Fortunately sportsman's was right down the street and they had rooms available. I not gonna lie and say it was the best place ever. Rooms are dated but.....the staff their was amazing. They took such awesome care of us. Thank you for all you did to make a terrible situation slightly better!
