This was one of the most unprofessional companies to work with while applying for one of their properties. We applied on 03/23/23 they said that it takes 1-3 business day turn around time. It took way longer than that and when we tried contacting them to check the status of our application we either didn’t get a response when emailing them or when you call the phone line a secretary answers and says they will pass along the message for management to contact you back but they never do. When you pay $75 for the application the credit check/ background is actually only $20 but they over charge you so they can keep the rest of your money. We didn’t hear an answer back for our application which was 03/30/23 which is way over the turn around time for an application to process. Also when we initially applied they told us no one else did and that’s why we rushed to put in our applications we believe they took super long so they can get other applications in and compare them to us. Do not trust this leasing company they are very very unprofessional you will be wasting your $75.

Souza10 are slumlords. They don't make repairs on their properties which cause those issues to become huge issues. Will make excuses at every turn and stonewall to avoid paying for repairs. Very unprofessional staff. Avoid at all costs.

Rented Souza10 with one of their property they manage and I will never do it again with this management company. They steal tenant's money and before you sign with their agreement, you better be sure not to expect your security deposit back because they will charge you for every single damage for normal wear and tear. In fact, they will even bill you more than your deposit even if you give the house the way you receive it. If you are a future TENANT and you want your security deposit back, do not rent from this company. Traci Elfman is their manager and she is the most ill-mannered and unprofessional human being. DO NOT RENT OR SIGN ANY PROPERTY WITH THIS COMPANY!
