David Martin is a realtor with this firm representing Keller-Williams. He is phenomenal. He was extremely helpful from searching for our retirement home (and always listened and understood our goals), to the initial sit-down with the sales office for the Purchase Agreement (where David helped secure both a price discount as well as closing costs credit) through to two walk-through sessions in the completed home to identify pick-ups (where David identified far more than we would have). On top of this he's a really nice, considerate guy!!!!
