I have been to this facility numerous times. The doctors there are excellent. Service is always fairly quick. Even on heavy traffic days.

I went to this place pregnant and in sever pain. The sat me down 45 min in a cold stinky room and nothing no one did anything for pain management or anything. EVERYONE THAT WALKED IN TO MY ROOM WAS RUDE AND HAD NO CARE OF THE PAIN I WAS IN.

After an hour they have me an IV and let me freeze. I couldn't wait to get put of there I hope my insurance has another place because I never wanna go to this lack of treatment place ever.

i am getting to the point i just hate going anywhere.but when you are in pain you have to go get help.when i come here.im fine if i have a cold or anything like that but when im in pain.then its a different story.i have two bulging disc in my back.i brought my mri report with me and my prescription of pain meds.i wanted relief from the pain.they treat everyone like a drug addict.i dont think i should have to pay anyone to be treated like that at all.they get paid good money from the insurance company.and my husband spends 400.00 a month to pay this insurance.i should not be treated that way.i told the doctor that if i was a drug addict i would not have a whole bottle of pain killers .they would be gone.and the doctors told me that they dont read mri's .i brough t my mri's so they would understand what was wrong.so instead of dealing with the pain i was in .the doctor says what are you going to do about it.i said im not the doctor you are.so what are you going to do about it.i almost left and went to the hospital .i mean what else are we suppose to do .then they threatened to write all this crap in my charts to make me look bad.im like really .wow.ok ii will let the insurance company know it.absolutely unbelievable.i have been going to that quick care for 10 years and i have to say i am absolutely done.i think i may be done with doctors completely.none of them care at all about how you feel.they want you in pain.that much i know

First of all I would rate this facility and a minus 5. I do not recommend going to this faciity. They claim to be an Urgent Care facility that tends to emergency situation but in fact they are not. I had a personal experience that was horrific. I had never been to Vegas. I was there for a week long Nurses conference. Two days at this conference, I started having severe lower abdominal pain accompanied by non-stop vomiting., at 3am I took a cab to seek medical attention. I thought (my mistake) that going to an urgent care center would assess my complaints and find what was wrong with me. Instead I waited for a docotor in a cold room vomiting non-stop, only to have a doctor come in palpate my stomach and listen to my stomach, then I was discharged with a diagnosis of gas. I took a cab back to my hotel room @ 7am, only to have the pain intensify, not to mention I couldnt stop vomiting. Knowing something was wrong i took another cab to an ER at hospital. WIthing 2.5 hours through an xray, they found that my small bowel was obstructed. A ct scan confirmed it and I underwent emergency surgery, requiring that they cutting me open requiring 17 staples. My fallopian tube and broad ligament of my left ovary was tenting the small bowel. You see I had never had abdominal surgery. The surgeons told me that should i have waited any longer, i could have died! After this whole ordeal was done with and I got home I called this facility to let them know what happened. I spoke to 4-5 different people explaining my story, but no one seems to care. I would hate for anyone else to ever experience what I had gone through. Go to your nearest ER. It doesn't pay to risk your life on doctors who are careless and sloppy. On top of all of that i had to pay $284, before I was allowed to see anyone! Horrible!
