. It took a total of 3 1/2 hours for my 82-year- father to get through to the endocrinology department , Then they refused to make an appointment for him because-they had not gotten results back from the blood test ordered by his doctor Ryan Tran

we did not understand why he couldn't make an appointment for a week or two out considering it only takes 48 hours to get results back from the blood test especially after being on the phone on hold for 3 1/2 hours



my father has had a quadruple bypass's and he has a pacemaker this caused so much stress I had to drive out from San Diego to Vegas to calm him down I did not want him to have a heart attack over this I horrid level of care

I got in touch with Dr. trans nurse Christina who promised me she would take care of asked Dr. Tran to personally make an appointment since my father is at risk she told me she would call me back on Monday today is Thursday my father still does not have an appointment and I never got a phone call I advise everyone to not go there and this play should be shut down

If you would like to wait till closing but receive the worse medical care and respect then this is the place to go!!! Dr. Tahiti has the worse medical experience I have ever seen! She actually said "I have the flu, could you go home and take aspirin for your clogged carotid artery? I have other patients". The doctor in hospital was incorrect . You don't need to have surgery, it's only 65percent blocked...

I made an appt with the office mngr Dominique, she claimed to correct and arrange. As of today, nearly eight months, NOTHING!! Still letters about other non life threatening stuff. I will be making reports everywhere about this horrible place of so called doctors.....

Most inhumane treatment we have ever experienced! Went in with a dislocated shoulder, in extreme pain. They wanted an X-ray and said they couldn't set it until an X-ray was done. Did X-ray and was then informed that they can't set dislocations because they can't do sedation. Kept us there for 4 hrs, knowing they couldn't even treat, for no other reason than to be able to send a huge bill to our insurance. Went to Centennial Hills ER and had the shoulder reset, with sedation, was given pain relief and out in half the time it took here. Would have been better off going to a vet...at least they would have said upfront that they couldn't treat, and would have saved 4 hrs of extreme pain without a waste of money. If you have more than a cold, skip this place! They don't care about their patients, only their patient's money!

i love swm they r there when i need them. they take really good care of ur needs i think anyways
