I was so happy with my experience at South Valley that I I had to leave them a review to show my appreciation.

My cat was suffering from a urinary tract infection and the doctors at SVAH made him all better! Thank you!

My cat had a serious urinary tract infection, and South Valley were able to really care for Arte, and for a reasonable price.



Best pet hospital I've ever been to.

5 stars and then some! Vet Frerking was just amazing. He was the only vet in town that knew what was wrong with my cat. Thanks so much for all of your help. This will be the only vet I go to from now on. THANK YOU DR. F AND STAFF!!

I went here for a 3rd opinion on my dogs skin infection, the other two doctors were unable to diagnose it. The Dr. here took a quick peek and knew right away what was wrong. My dog had a Staff infection, she gave us antibiotics and all was well. They were also very nice and the office is clean and affordable.

We have been taking our dog to Thad Frerking and South Valley Animal Hospital for over a year. Dr Frerking and his staff have been wonderful and we have never been disappointed. Our 2 year old Shitzu actually enjoys going to the vet, go figure, more specifically she loves going for weekend visits when we go out of town. I don't know too many dogs that jump in their crate when they knows it is time to go to any vet or boarding facility. The staff knows her by name and you can tell by her reaction she is excited to be there. When we pick her up, we give them about an hour notice, she is always clean and and ready to go.

Do not take your pet to these people! I took my cat in and they wanted to keep him overnight. Somehow, under their care, he got up into the ceiling through a ceiling tile. He was up there for 8 days. Finally my husband heard him and got him down by climbing up in there and ripping off boards to get to him. He was trapped in a small drop down he had squeezed into. Doctor Frerking seemed bothered by us coming in every day trying to find our cat. He never got a contractor in there to find him. He kept saying he'll come down on his own. If we would have waited on that, our cat would have died up there! I let all this go and went to new a vet. Today in the mail, Dr. personality (Frerking) sent me a bill for $86 for my cats visit. I am in disbelief. No apologies and a bill to boot. I am contacting the BBB and channel 13 as well as the owners. They have several locations. There are too many vets in this city to put up with this neglect and being charged for it!!
