If “SIMPLE” means lazy and careless then they got the name CORRECT. Every piece of paper/document that we received that they touched had my mom’s name spelled different and mostly incorrect. KnicKocker, KnickBoker and once correctly as Knickerbocker. Do yourself a favor…. Just go somewhere else.

There appears to be only one inept employee. Our loved one has been in their fridge for 13 days, due to her lack of proficiency, let alone, MANNERS! I have submitted all required records i.e; birth certificate, deceased identification, MY identification including Durable Power of Attorney and proof of Trustee. I was told that she needed next of kin, and she was "doing me a favor by even speaking to me"...I wanted to pay and have our Loved one removed, but the thought of it repulsed me. She sent a HAND WRITTEN "document" of decedents stats, and it it was filled with ERRORS. These STATS are what are to become permanent record on death certificate, which she wanted to argue that in HER opinion, I didn't need six. Excuse me? I'm buying..mind your own business. In fact, LEARN THE BUSINESS. I'd light myself on fire before I'd make my family deal with that outfit.
