Provided by YP.comHorrible bank we had an account for years we moved from that city and obviously you have to close accounts when you move. They send an insurance company to offer something which the rate in paper said one thing and then they came out with another amount which we did not have in the bank obviously they work together to scam people the bank and the insurance company. The bank charged us an overdraft fee in each of our accounts and on top 20% each day the money was not paid out. It is obviously a scam with the bank to rip off people. We called several times and the insurance company which promised to post the money, still did not returned our money , in the meantime the bank is charging a 20% fee for overdraft . These practices should be banned somehow.
