This company was by far the greatest company. I have used them from the moment I booked my appt. They got me in the same day because I needed the carpet cleaned asap. These guys are professional and do a fabulous job. I highly recommend this company.

Definitely the best carpet cleaner I've ever used. They sent out nice guys who really worked hard . I'll used them in the future.

I have a PATCH of carpet in living room to clean. They quoted me $40....once they came and patch tested carpet to where a big section was cleaned they hit me with the $230 bill. On top of that they didn't even move my light weight couches just cleaned in front of it. So technically they charged $230 to clean a 10'x10' patch of carpet!!!! NEVER AGAIN

I had a great experience with this company, Silver State Carpet Care. They were very friendly and on time to the job. After they delivered what was expected, The carpet looks great and I am happy.

I have been using Silver State Carpet Care cleaning for about a year now and They does a great job! In the past I have recommended this company to my mom and sister, the carpets do dry pretty fast and it takes about one hour for the person to vacuum, spray the carpet then use the cleaning machine, which in my opinion is awesome timing. The crew has been very friendly, professional, and accommodating because I have a busy schedule.

Silver State Carpet Care are SCAMMERS! Beware of the Valpak coupon! These guys are professional CON MEN! My $59 cleaning (which by the way I was told by their CS that because I only had 3 rooms it would be $49). The service guy comes in and asks for permission and signature to do a test spot (I understand that they have to do their own due diligence), so I signed, they did a 3' x 3' test spot in my living room and it came out great. Then the technician tells me that it will be $259.00. I said "no way" and asked them to just steam clean. They steam cleaned over 1200 sq ft in exactly 7 minutes, used no soap or chemicals, and left my carpet sopping wet. I spoke to the supervisor named Roy who was worthless (actually part of the scam). The the technician said he could clean the 13' x 5' traffic area that he effed up for $100.00. Next email is to my legal council. Bait and switch! Even their staff parrots the same BS as their technicians, Roy, etc... This company will learn that Karma is painful...especially when their legal fees rack up! Grab your ankles boys :)!

Horrible service! It's like, look, no soap $59.00 bucks, add soap $250.00.

Beware of the Rip Off Mailer. I just moved to Las Vegas and received a Mailer for any 4 rooms for $59 from Silver State. I called and booked the deal and added the stairs at $2/stair with a 10% senior discount. I got an appointment for the next day and they arrived an hour early. The first tip off should have been the truck which had no logo, just ;Carpet Ceaning Service



They told me they wanted to run a cleaning test on one of the stairs to determine the level of dirt and the right mix of chemicals to use. Very professional. When they finished the test they showed me the result and told me it would be $409 for the 4 rooms and stairs. When I told them, no way and asked about the quoted $59, they told me that was for the basic service and that the extra amount was for the special chemicals, the deep steam cleaning, tefon. sanitizer, etc etc. When I told them if they weren't going to do the job for the quoted price they could pack up and leave and I would call Stanley Steamer. He then called his boss and after I told him to honor the quote or leave he agreed to honor the quote for the basic service.



They worked for an half hour and did an okay job. About the same level of cleaning I could have done myself with a Rug Doctor machine for the same amount of money. I got what I paid for. Unlike other bad reviews I read on Yelp, the service people were very nice and didn't hassle me,



Their bill had no company name on it, only ;Carpet Cleaning Service,; Based on the experience I was afraid to give them a credit card for fear of identity theft and gave them cash. They insisted on payment in advance which is par for this kind of scam company.



If you are going to use them, make it clear upfront that you are only interested in the quoted servive and don't want to be subjected to the sleezy upsell.



After look on the web after this experince I discovered that they operate under several names that that my experience is the norm for them. My mistake was not looking on line before calling them. If I did so, I never would have used them. I would have paid more for a legitimate company.

What was I thinking not looking up reviews on this place before calling them?? Duh. I never do that anyway, the quote on the phone was 79 for the whole house. Well, 2 mafia looking guys show up and pour some kind of cleaning solution on one part of my carpet and it looks like it bleached it out. Almost 24 hours later and that spot wasn't dry. Luckily I declined for them to put the solution on the whole carpet. He started arguing with me when I declined the 300.00 estimate.He kept making a big show of calling his "manager" to get me a better price. This went on and on. VERY pushy. What happened to 79? He freaked me out so bad I thought I wouldn't be able to get him out of my house.Which is their sales tactic obviously. I told them to give me 79 or to forget it. So they kept walking in and out of the house, adjusting their hose, talking, farting around. He said the steam clean would take 45 mins, they went so fast, the whole house took less than about 7 mins. Then they disappeared into the hall so long I had to go see what they were doing, and they were just standing there, doing nothing wasting time. The creeps finally left. I do not believe they used any cleaner fluid other that water on the carpet. They left a puddle of water on my tile entry way that I had to clean, and left rocks scattered all over my walkway. The creep tried to walk right in my house to give me my receipt and looked shocked when he saw he didn't own my house anymore,since I had the screen locked. I got to see the look on his face :). RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Techs are ill prepared to do a good job, they leave mess upon departure, don't clean the things they ask to borrow from you. Did not show up for appointment for re-do the first time. Second visit yeilded little results. $500 wasted.

**Total scam artists**Do NOT use this company. Not only did they more than triple charge me what they originally quoted me ($49 for 3 room - charged me $170!!) , the carpets didn't look any better than what they did before they supposedly cleaned it! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY!

SCAM, BEWARE DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. I called to have ONE room carpet shampooed and cleaned, spoke to lady and she quoted me $39.00, BAIT AND SWITCH. Guys showed up and tried to upsell me worse than a car dealership, told me many times well if you have cash I can reduce the price and if you want it done right it's going to cost more, quoted me like five different prices. When I got angry and said this is a scam, please leave my home he told me it was going to cost me $20.00 for their time to come out, I said no way. BEWARE, I have never felt so scammed in all my life. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF. I can't believe this company is still in buisness. This is the first review I've written, calling BBB, news stations in town and informing the City of Las Vegas of their unethical tactics that are taking place. This business doesnt deserve 1 star. So sad in this economy that their are businesses operating to rip off consumers to better themselves. DO NOT BELIEVE 5 STAR REVIEWS, after dealing with their lies I could put money down they have employees writing them, read the last two comments look at username, same person. Also comments from Owner Nathan from all upset customers he states on every comment, customer paid for steam/surface cleaning only. This is a lie I'm sure other people like myself were told their carpet was being shampooded and cleaned properly. When I was living in Vegas I had the ultimate wonderful experience with this company. The technician came in and was nice and polite. I ended up paying more than the estimate price, but i had some pet stains and some deep spots/stains. they cleaned and sanitized my carpets and I am very happy with the results.

Silver State is the absolute WORST company anyone could use for their carpet...you'd be better off hosing your carpet with the hose in your yard! They made my 2 1/2 year old carpet smell like feet & did absolutely nothing to remedy the problem. They sprayed deodorizer on it about a week after their initial visit, which did not work. When we called them back 1 1/2 weeks after that, they said they'd come out but never put us on the schedule. When we called at 4:00 in the afternoon, they said they'd call back...we called them back at 4:45 & had to argue with them to come back out. They finally showed up 1 1/2 hours later & came in, said it didn't smell, refused to do anything, went outside to call the manager & drove off without even telling us he was leaving!!!!!!!! A formal complaint has been submitted to the BBB.

Ok lets start by saying in the 15 years as a home owner this is the worst company I have ever encountered.



I called Silver State Carpet Cleaning (702-583-6711) because there was a coupon, 4 rooms $59.00 that came in the mail.

So a young hispanic guy named Abraham comes out and tells me my carpets look good and I really don't need a deep cleaning so he tries to up sell me 49.00 pre treatment more on top of the 59.00 for 4 rooms and 20.00 for a hallway, so the carpets will really look clean. I told him no that I just need a vomit stain removed, my toddler had a accident and I need that clean out of the carpet.



So he begins we go down stairs he finishes in 5 minutes flat. He supposedly cleaned 1000 sq ft in 5 minutes.

I go check the vomit stain it is still there he tells me that he told me that I should have paid the 49.00 so it would have removed it .

I told him that is not true I would have never agreed to have him steam clean it and not get the smell or stain out.

He gave me a bunch of excuses why it did not come out and would not re clean the area, I told him I was not happy with the service and I would like to speak to someone. He gave me a phone number and the person to speak to. At this point the guy leaves and I call the next day since it was Sunday and no one was in there office.

I speak to Roy on Monday who has a heavy accent and he tells me they will resend the tech. So Tuesday morning comes around the same guy Abraham comes out and says he is here to clean up the stain. He goes up stairs and sprays some kind of chemical on the carpet and I ask him if he is going to steam clean the area again?



He gives me a BS excuses that he can't re-steam clean the carpet and ask me for a rag so he can clean up.

At this point he is cleaning up the area with a rag I gave him and is mumbling in Spanish. Little does he know I am fluent in Spanish. He is mumbling that "he should be charging me double for having him come out and clean the carpet again". I this point I just wanted him out of my house he said he was done and was polite while he was speaking English to me. I did not make a big deal out of what I heard him say earlier since I just wanted him out of my house.



So as soon as he left I called my regular carpet cleaner who was not able to come out the first time on Sunday. Triple J Carpet Cleaning 702-235-1412. What a difference a really good carpet cleaning company makes, he also charge me less then the other company charger me and got the stain out.



Customer Beware OF SILVER STATE CARPET CARE !!!!!

BE AWARE of the Bait and Switch. Quoted $95 over the telephone. Showed up did their little dog and pony show and then told me it was going to be $175. Negotiated it down to $150. After cleaning the master bedroom went and checked their job. They clean around furniture and did not move. When confronted, employee said they do not move furniture. Called Supervisor and he said he would call them. They completed job leaving water all over the bottom floor tile. Very dissatisfied with their service. Would not recommend to anyone.
