I moved in on july 1st 2008 when i moved in and my power was turned on i came to find out that my a/c was broke
I report this to mgmt and after going all the way to corporate they finally fixed it after 3 days. I moved in with no washer & dryer in my unit and was promised a new one in 2 weeks after 2 weeks after demanding one they found 1 to give me which of course dryer doesnt work reporting maintence problems to mgmt is a waste of time because nothing gets fixed
I have only lived there 3 weeks and after the 2nd week a/c unit went down again and i anm still waiting for everything to be fixed i recommed to pay a little extra in this area and you will get what you are paying for

pplied to move in they were advertising one of these move in type specials. they told us as long as we had no evictions we would get.neither me nor my girlfriend have ever had one,yet we somehow were not eligible.when we moved into out place we were never showed it before hand, only the model, which the actual place was nothing like,other than the floor plan. by the rental office it is nicely maitained,by the actual unit we are living in it is very rundown. The place is infested with roaches. I have bombed it twice and laid posion, and they just keep coming. the bathroom and kitchen sinks were both clogged and didnt work when I moved in. I had to take them apart myself and clean them out to get them working.it rained last week and the living room flooded.it leaks in three places.they came out and took pictures,we are still waiting for them to come back. there is alot of drug activity going on outside at nite. no security from what I can see.

this place is a dump and full of roaches termites and spiders...the management is shady, some one broke into their box and took the rents for the month, IM POSITIVE IT WAS SOMEONE IN THE OFFICE...I cant WAIT till my lease is up
