DO NOT STAY HERE. I had been threatened by a resident and the office literally said "we don't care, he has been here x amount of years" so apparently having life threatening threats made to you and you pets isn't a serious enough thing to them. not to mention horrible nasty rooms, horrible rude workers in the office. the maintenance guy was super sketchy and I'm constantly scared to leave my room. horrible horrible horrible experiance. if I could rate it a 0 I would

Dangerous residents! We were threatened with physical violence and the managers refused to do anything because the other tenant has been here a long time. Now we cant go outside without worrying for our lives. Weekend maintenance guy was sketchy and looked like a crackhead with a drillm Upstairs unit leaks into our apartment and an electrical outlet almost caught fire...all this and they don't even have microwaves.

No free wifi it costs 12 dollars a week and it's slow. The neighbor is very inconsiderate, listens to music extremely loud even after told to keep the music at a reasonable level. You can hear it all over the buildings so it's not like we complained over a slightly to loud system. It's awful. The place was dirty when I moved in, I cleaned it myself because I wanted to know it was getting cleaned, the floors are filthy. I am pretty sure it's not cleaned by anyone who cares about cleanliness. It's really not that cheap either it just allows you fo have a cheaper place by the strip. If you want a nice quiet, clean place to live go somewhere else.

It was terrible there I got bed bugs and it was horrible plus I've got pictures to prove it! DONT stay here.

THESE APARTMENTS ARE HUGE WITH OPEN FLOOR LAYOUT THAT SEEMS MORE SPACIOUS. THEY ALSO HAVE HUGE CLOSET AND WHERE ELSE CAN YOU GET ALL UTILITIES INTERNET CABLE CLOSE TO SHOPPING AND NOT TOO FAR FROM THE STRIP. ALSO THE LUXURY OF PAYING BY WEEK BI WEEK OR A MONTH TO BUDGET YOUR MONEY. YOU ARE NOT SIGNING A LEASE YOU JUST HAVE TO BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NEEDING AFFORDABLE PLACE TO LIVE.
