HORRIBLE place with horrible management. This place has gone through more managers and owners than any other place in Vegas. They recently raised the rent and TRUST ME it's not worth the ghetto neighborhood and nasty living quarters. Sure it has a gate around the buildings, but it's not locked. Nope, they're using a regular bathroom door nob on the gate. What a joke. I left the place in June and STILL haven't received my deposit back thanks to the lazy asses in the office. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

Disgusting

This place gets worse by the day. The people they move in are pure scum, lazy, nasty and dirty. These bums litter garbage everywhere and don't control their baybay kids. Section 8 ratchet chickens everywhere not to mention all the pit-bulls that aren't even supposed to be here. The police are here constantly and during the winter months the A and B building do NOT get hot or even warm water. Maintenance here is a JOKE and they constantly shut the water off without warning claiming to fix it but they don't even know what they are doing. The $500 I pay is entirely too much this death trap of America isn't even worth $50 let alone $100 or $300. There's potholes everywhere that several of the tenants have fallen and injured themselves . There's always talk of this death trap getting sold and demolished to make more parking space for the convention center and I really hope this happens cause their practices are completely illegal here but that's another story. I recommend of you currently live here and live in the A and B building to call the health department and follow their directions so as a community we can rise up and come for these slumlords!!!!

For starters, the water is turned off constantly without warning because they call themselves 'working on it'. About 2 weeks ago all the tenants got letters on their door saying we all owed odd amounts of money. Most of us thankfully kept our rent receipts. They tried to tell my wife and I we needed to prove who in their office cashed the 'missing money order'. We refused to pay the fee for western union to investigate because we knew we paid and had proof our rent was never late. When there is security on property or scheduled to work they are never actually here but can be seen next door hanging out at 711 or the a.b liquor store that's next door as well. The 2nd and 1st floor of the B building hang out all hours of the night drinking, yelling and fighting with loud music and base outta this world. 2nd floor of the D building they constantly hang out in a group all hours of the night and do meth in plane view leaving a mess behind each and every time. When there not doing meth there drinking and shouting at women who walk by. They literally never go inside. Ever. In the B building (apt b23) there is a couple who always fights, yells and screams as well as sell drugs to several people here. The girlfriend of the drug dealer often bangs on people's door early in the morning (5 a.m) to collect money and often times to see if her drug dealer boyfriend has been seen cause I'm guessing she knows he's cheating. They have had several physical altercations with each other. There's a severe bed bug and roach problem. People litter chicken bones and others sorts from their dinner plates out of their front door as if it's a big dumpster. The few of us who are not on section 8 are kept up all night every night because of all the riff raff. The office does nothing and the anna chick walks around with her nose in the air. Half the time they are not in the office and does it take 2 people to go to lunch at the same time? 2 maintenance workers yet 1 only does the real work (Danny) and the other is a thief who is still employed after he got caught loading up his truck with someone's personal items who was evicted. When he's not stealing he can be seen staring into space like he's lost. This same character also picked up a dog be thought was dead and started swinging it around and chasing some girl with it like it was funny. That dog was on the ground fighting for its life when that guy decided to pick it up and swing it around carelessly. Luckily the pound came. If you still move in after reading this don't say your weren't warned.

don't lease with sierra vista ...

don't lease with sierra vista square apartments. the positive feedback from people on here are lease agents from the company. This place is gutter, i would not recommend this place to anyone. Theres too much crime, prostitutes, drug dealers (unit B5) and the management in this place are racist and don't give a dam about you but signing the a contract . My place was broken into and took everything! they're cooperate management are racist and unorganized. they charged me twice after giving them proof and receipts of my payments. this place is gutter!!!!!

I love this place the neighbor...

I love this place the neighbors are great, private, respectful, individuals with their own lives going on, the security of a gated life feels good, I love my apartment it is clean with lots of space, I love the carpeting, I love the clean pool, working elevators, and the management takes the cake. Plus they are always happy to be around, they won't be leaving in six months or so and they have been around for a long time. The maintenance staff goes out of their way to do more for the tenants, yet it seems each type of personality is treated with as much respect as any other. There are no bugs here. The prices are great the first month was only $49.00. WOW! Move over here.
