George was a great help at this place, they even have a supervisor to check everything is good always happy with their service

Extremely Disappointed! Had my garage remote taken from my car while being washed. Gone here before and many other car washes and NEVER had this happen before. Went back to talk to the manager and all got was an offer to fix the terrible vacuum job done on the driver's side and trunk. Please avoid this place

worst detail ever, bought a coupon for 55.00 suppose to be a value of 110.00 good thing i didn't pay 110.00 I was pretty upset about paying 55.00...Black marks all over my rear bumber, car was still dirty, wasnt even waxed, everything was suppose to be done by hand. car had dirt all over it still, windows looked like all streaked..inside not even vaccumed properly and I keep my car clean inside so wasnt even much to be vaccumed..

I just returned from a car wash at Showtime. My car windows are now dirtier than when I took the car in. The windows are now all cloudy and streaky. I telephoned them and, of course, was told to come back. I've just spent the better part of an hour waiting for my car to be done. The clerk that answered the telephoned said the outside operation is rented out to someone else. She called the manager in but he would not come to the telephone. Again I was told to just drop everything and come back. I told her that was easier said than done. I stopped and brought dinner home after the wash. Now they expect the entire family to wait while their dinner gets cold so that Showtime can wash the car again. Would not let me come back tomorrow when it would be much more convenient. The clerk on the telephone said, Oh, well, that's all I can suggest." They could care less about quality and customer service.
