Horrible place for machine repairs! The technician does not know what he's doing and showed NO integrity when dealing with me. I took my Singer Touch 'N Sew (1970's) in for repairs/adjustments because it was breaking needles. Something mechanical was wrong with it. I was charged $79.99 for "repairs." First of all, in several decades of sewing I've never been charged that much ... and secondly, no repairs were done. My machine continued to break needles (ex, 3 needles in 15 minutes). The problem was obviously not fixed. I called and was told to bring the machine back in. I did. After a week I was told that the machine had parts that were worn out and that due to the age of the machine, were no longer available. Why was I charged $79.99 if no repairs were done? Why did it take 2 attempts to tell me that the machine could not be repaired? Why was I not told of these problems the first time? If the technician was unfamiliar with Singer machines ... or maybe inexperienced on their older models ... why didn't he say so and refer me to someone more experienced/appropriate?



I found a different sewing machine repair person, one experienced with older Singer models. He looked at my machine and told me that the first technician messed up the settings on my machine because he didn't know what he was doing/was inexperienced on the older model. The 2nd opinion also said that parts are worn out and the machine is at the end of its lifespan. I paid the 2nd gentleman $50 to fix the $79.99 "repairs" done by the tech at Sew Little Time!



I will NEVER again set foot in Sew Little Time. I certainly won't buy my new machine there. I have no use for business people who charge top dollar for poor quality work or those who fail to display integrity in their dealings. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Oh my goodness! The customer service was the best!! I am an on and off quilter for several years. When my creative mojo strikes it hits me hard! I have had my pfaff sewing machine for around 10 years! Darn thing jammed up on me right in the middle of my mojo... Went to the shop, was reassured I didn't break anything immediately... Was told my machine would be better than ever after a routine maintenance. I was a bit frustrated to have my mojo to sew but no machine... I was given a loaner until my machine was ready! Holy cow!!! Yeah!!! Great service, good price... What more can you ask?
