This is one of the nastiest places I have ever worked they have roaches and rats and there is a big fat lady there Debbie who jus sound like she sleep walking anyways there is no dress code u can really come in your pjs but this is not the biggest problems the real problems are that this company lies cheats and steal even when it comes to there own employees they do not want to pay you what u are worth it is a very stress and unconfrontable work place white and mr earl are the biggest bullies there they punish you for working hard and being yourself and if u don't believe in there God it's like a crufixion ,their remakes on employees personal lives are down right disrespectful I heard with my own ears mr white talk about people being gay he rudely states how he felt mr white and mr earl are scammer that prey on people that really want to work and get ahead in life when first working there I was told I was going to get a raise after 30 days and when that came up they acted as if I jus said something unreal while mr earl sits and leans back with his hands over his around belly he belittes and is a hiopoquet he Tries to put you against each other and makes u feel like he's better they also I have a Camera inside the workplace watching your every move which is illegal this company is not a cool job and I would beware in stepping in

Trinity security chooses to ignore any problems there employees have earl white is one of the most amazing bully's you will ever meet they break the law on a day idly bases I'm in the middle of opening a law suit against this company they take 12$ out if each check for laundry services that they do not do to all guards only the ones they don't like I've worked for them almost a year and i can say the only plus of me getting shot at a knife pulled and put to my throat threats and being sent back to the same post unarmed is that if you can put up with the belittling way earl white and walt Walters puts you through for any extended amount of time you can work any where the rest of your life they threatened homelessness CPS because they wee not giving me enough hours told me to get my wife to listen to me because I'm the man and she has to do what i say they use god as a weapon and blaspheme more than anyone ever they are just horrible people and they even con the places that get there services if you want a reputable company to protect you property or you want a job look else where there is nothing anyone can say good about this company just stand outside on Monday when people get paid and ask and look at the guards that come out of this place see how many say they are great just an FYI thru start at 8.25 hr and never give raises ever
