Don't bother calling them as they do not show up. I called them for warranty work on my Frigidaire refrigerator, scheduled the appointment 2 weeks out. They told me I was first on the list but still gave me an 8-10 arrival time, odd but whatever. They did not show up, I have called them twice and they have not returned my call. That's another thing, they never answer their phone. Do not waste your time with them.

They came out for warranty work on my Frigidaire refer. I chose them because the last company couldn't fix the ice-maker........The best thing about these guys is that they came on time. They still didn't fix the ice-maker and now that the refrigerator is out of warranty, no one will fix it without big$$$$. Forget Service Pros and forget "Frigidaire!!!" Frigidaire's customer service dept. says, "purchase an extended warranty." Why should I, when no repair facilities could fix the problem in the first place???

Service pros has been over to my house on 3 occasions to fix different appliances over the last 2 years and every time the service is great and everything is fixed within 2 days. I will always recommend Service Pros!!

Terrible service. The dryer was not working. They came and did not even open it up. Charged us $80 and said the line was clogged. We had the line cleaned out and they came back. Did nothing a second time. Said they would order parts and come back. NEVER CAME BACK! They took our money and ran. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM

This company came to fix our oven in Oct. Then it broke down again at Christmas time. I called them the following week. They said they would send someone out to look at it. No one came or called. I waited another week and called them again. No one answered the phone. I left a message. I would continue to call the entire week to just talk with someone. No one would answer or even call me back. Finally a week later, Aaron answered the phone and said that he would come to look at the oven. He did come over and said that he would call back later that night to tell me if the part they replaced in Oct was the part that he felt was broken. Not one call to this day. This company doesnt keep their word or have customer service. They get your initial business then it goes down from there. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
