I called this company after a frustrating experience with the company who actually installed my water softener. I searched the Internet and called Servall because they advertised that they service all water softeners.

Jim arrived later that afternoon. He dug into our system and discovered a "salt block" and something that wasn't bolted. He re-bolted that thinga ma-widget, removed the salt block and told me I was good to go! Great service from one phone call. If I have another issue with my water softener, I'm calling THIS company!

This company is good and will treat you right. I am a very hands on person, but I could not fiqure out what the problem was with my water softener. Jim came out and fixed the problem and we are back up and going with soft water. Price was fare and service was great. Would reccommend this company to all friends and family.

I normally never get on here and do reviews, but I feel this company deserves it. When I first called this company to make an appointment, I was greeted with the nicest lady. She actually new what she was talking about and tried to help me over the phone. After serval attempts of me trying to fix the problem I had to sechedule for this company to come out. She was very nice and made it easy to schedule the appointment. The next day I had one of there service techs named Jim come out and he was very knowledgable and talked me like I was a normal person. He did not pressure sale me and gave me serval options on what I should do. They we very nice and got the job done. I will for sure use them again and will tell friends and family.
