I purchased 4 pairs of glasses from Sears 3 months ago. 1 pair the finish on the frames was peeling off. I went in to Jackson store and was rudely treated by Erica. I have wore glasses for 40 years and she said it was how I was handling them. She finally agreed to replace the frames. Put my lenses in the new frames handed them to me and left. Had to get her back and ask her to adjust them. Does hands them back and leaves again. Still not right have to get her back again. She is put out. Glasses still not right but I left she was to busy putting garbage bags in trash cans to help me.
