I've rented a scooter from Scootaround for the 4th time now and I have always been very happy with the service. The customer service reps are always very friendly and polite. I've rented both online and over the phone. I love that they deliver to our hotel in Vegas with the exception of the Cosmo, I had to meet the delivery driver at The Jockey Club next door which wasn't the most convenient but, it was a Cosmo issue, not Scootaround's issue. I like the 3 wheeled scooters the best because of their maneuverability, especially in elevators. I got a 4 wheeled one this time that can still be disassembled for car transport, but is heavier than the 3 wheeled one. I had an issue with the battery not keeping a charge this time, and they brought me another one the next day (no drivers on Thanksgiving otherwise they would have brought it the same day ). I am just so pleased with the service, price, and the convenience. I will always rent from Scootaround every time we go to Vegas.
