We had a busy week planned and Scootaround made this the most stress free process. They called after our online booking to confirm all the information, they explained and answered all of our questions. They didn't hassle us when we called a few days before hand to make a few changes to our reservation, and they worked directly with our hotel to make sure the wheelchair we got was ready for us when we arrived. They picked up without us having to sit around and wait for anyone too! This company face us the absolute best experience I have had renting a power wheel chair and we plan on using Scootaround for our future trips! This made my trip from Canada to Las Vegas worry free and I cant thank this company enough for its affordability, and compassion to ensure accessibility to those of us who need devices but cant always bring them to our destinations! Thank you again!
