Let me start by saying this doctor is a woman. The worst doctor I have ever endured! The one star rating is an over statement! From day one she talked down to me with the worst bedside manner ever. She would get in front of her computer and rattle off something I didn't understand and quickly send me off with a prescription. When it came to MRI's they were always mis-placed and never available when necessary. More than once we did multiple MRI's of the same area because another doctor in her group would reccomend it. Talk about confusion! she would then blame me for these mis-understandings and always talked angrily to me. I hated these appts. and would sit NUMB for hours waiting for my turn. She scared me so much that I could barely utter a word when she talked to me. At the beginning she prescribed every narcotic medication until we found the one that worked. When we did epidural injections, it was like she expected me to do jumping jacks right off the table. The absolute worst was the day I had my teeth pulled for dentures. I also had an appt. with her for a prescription refill. Well she was absent that day and I drove to her office expecting to be seen and the office was closed. With my mouth swollen and bleeding I banged on the glass doors and a blonde woman told me she would re-schedule me for Wednesday; without opening those doors. It was Friday, which meant I had six days to wait for any pain relief. There was no message in my voicemail stating her cancellation. Doctor Basu was mean and just plain awful! And so was her STAFF! I don't recall anyone of them portraying kindness or epathy. Then one day I received a letter stating she was shut down and I needed to find another Pain Management Doctor. My feelings; it couldn't have happened to better person. Then I prayed for her that night!

If you enjoy rude employees this is for you. If you like waiting at DMV you'll LOVE this place. An 8:00 AM appointment usually takes 2 to 4 hours, not sometimes, every time is the same. This a good RX drug dealer so I guess she has a dependent clientele. Try to find a new service before you get locked in here!
