100% recomendable yo hice mi evento ahi y quede encatada con el servicio todo el personal es muy amable y atentos y la comida es realmente deliciosa y el pastel también ,por supuesto que volveré a contrartar el salon en un futuro .

I went for a sweet 15/16 and everything was good until one of the guys that works there went up to my son and yelled at him because he was running and playing with some other kids,I get it running inside is not ok but just the simple fact that he went up to him and talked to my son that way is completely uncalled for(and yes I saw him he even came up to me and try to tell me a whole different story). He should be grateful that I didn't go at it with him. I was so upset that I didn't even get his name and left but he's about 5'6 bald and hispanic. I was even planing on hiring them but NOT anymore!!!!!

This business admitted to processing a $1500 charge on my stolen debit card number to pull money out of Colorado. Replied with "Do what you gotta do. We're keeping the money."

solo quisiera hacerle saber a K CHAVEZ..ke es encontra de la ley meter bebidas alcoholicas a un salon de fiestas,,y peor aun sacarlas del salon al terminar el evento.,,ahora respecto ala comida ,,no es culpa del propietario del salon ,,que haya pagado 250 platillos y si solo tubo 150 personas en su evento.,,la comida que sobra ,,esa uno se la puede yevar al terminar el evento,,lo unico es que tienen que yevar trastes para echarla..si no yeva los trastes,puede salir a compar por eso el cosinero le avisa con tiempo ala anfritiona de la fiesta cuanta comida sobro para que se prepare y mande a traer los trastes de aluminio desechables...siempre hay una explicacion para cada cosa..K CHAVEZ...RENTO 3 TUXIDOS en la butique EL PEDREGAL ,y nunca los regreso es por eso que la empresa ,la tubo que llevar a corte.,,y ,porsupuesto eso no le agrado nadita,,y esta despotricando encontra del salon..TODA esa informacion la se porque cuando yo leii el comentario tan negativo encontra del salon me fui averiguar que habia pasado en realidad,,ya que yo habia contratado los servicios del pedregal,,y la verdad si me asuste,,pero al yegar ahii...la manager me enseÑo el contrato que K CHAVEZ habia echo tiempo atras..y en le contrato CLARITO dice que las bebidas alcoholicas no se pueden sacar del salon...y me enseÑo,,los papeles de la demanda, que les puso la empresa por NO DEVOLVER LOS TRAJES..pero si alguien duda,,los invito para que vayan al PEDREGAL y ahi les mostraran las pruebas de lo que paso realmente..

HOLA YO SOLO KIERO DAR MI HUMILDE OPINION SOBRE ESTE SALON DE FIESTAS,,ES LA TERCERA VEZ K YO CONTRATO AL SALON EL PEDREGAL ,,Y EN VERDAD SE LOS RECOMIENDO,,EL SERVICIO ES EXELENTE,,LA COMIDA DELICIOSA,, LA PROPIETARIA LA SEÑORA NORMA IBARRA ES UNA PERSONA MUY AMABLE Y RESPETUOSA AL IGUAL K SU HIJO..YO CONTRATE EL SALON EN MAYO 3 DEL 2008..POR PRIMERA VEZ PARA LOS XV DE MI HIJA..LA SEGUNDA VEZ FUE EN OCTUBRE 10 DEL 2010. PARA UN CUMPLEAÑOS ,,Y LA ULTIMA VEZ FUE PARA LA GRADUACION DE MI HIJA EN JUNIO 3 2011,,Y PORSUPUESTO KE LO SEGIRE CONTRATANDO ,,YA KE ESTOY MUY CONFORME POR EL TRATO KE SE ME A DADO..Y KIERO DEJAR CLARO K LAS 3 OCACIONES ME HA SOBRADO BASTANTE COMIDA,,CERVEZA TAMBIEN ME A SOBRADO PERO COMO EN TODOS LOS NEGOCIOS HAY REGLAS,,POR LEY NO SE PUEDE SACAR BEBIDAS ALCOHOLICAS Y COMO YO SOY MUY CONSIENTE DE ESO..LAMENTABLEMENTE HAY PERSONAS KE NO ENTIENDEN KE LAS REGLAS SE RESPETAN,,TAMBIEN HAY PERSONAS KE NO SOPORTAN LA IDEA DE KE UNA FAMILIA EMIGRANTE LATINO VENGA A ESTE PAIS Y LUCHE PARA TENER SU PROPIO NEGOSICIO A BASE DE MUCHO ESFUERZO,Y ,ESO ALGUNAS PERSONANS NO LO PERDONAN...YO SI RECOMIENDO EL PEDREGAL.SIEMPRE HE QUEDADO 100% SATISFECHO...GRACIAS..
