I visited Rubio's Fresh Mexican Grill several days ago. I had never been inside, but it always looked interesting as I drive past so I decided to venture forth and give it a taste.



Being a lover of mexican food, my mouth was watering at the smell of the cooking meat on the grills. However, that is the last positive thing I have to say about this location.



The restaurant was absolutely choked with people. (This leads me to believe that they dont have an efficient ordering system)



It was hot inside (c'mon Rubio's, this is Las Vegas - turn on the A/C!!!)



When I ordered my food (the chicken burrito) I told them to leave off some of the ingredients. I waited for 15 minutes, got my bag and drove home to eat, as there were no available tables inside the establishment. Apon getting home, I opened the bag and became really annoyed to discover that they had not paid attention to the special order directions printed on the ticket. This caused me to drive all the way back there again, and stand there waiting for them to correct my order.



When my fresh food came out, I was rather miffed to see that there was barely any food in the second burrito. The first burrito was hefty and looked very filling. The second burrito was anemic, disappointing and cold.



Rubio's missed the mark with me by a long shot, and I will be informing everyone I know, as well as not going back.
