Huge RAVE!!! Royalty Auto blew me away with their service yesterday. I had a last minute issue and they saw me right away, no wait. They were very nice, friendly and helpful. Christian owned and accommodating with my circumstances. Their waiting room is spotless clean with plush couches and the bathroom is the nicest and cleanest I’ve ever been in. It even had a nice baby changing table with diapers and a diaper genie! Free WI-FI and Complimentary soda, water, tea, juice, ice cream, snacks and coffee. The environment felt like I was at home instead of an auto place. They also have their own cars on site to shuttle you to home and back while you wait or for lunch, if you needed. Then they cleaned the outside and inside of my car for free! They said it was part of the service! It was vacuumed, wiped down and everything! Last, they topped it off with a rose on my dashboard! Wow! I’m floored at the personal service they gave me! I’m definitely going back again! Best experience ever!

My best experience with this shop was that they offered to returned all parts that they replaced on my car and the great prices compared to were i used to go... My son had been going to royalty auto on Jones blvd. Las Vegas, he always went there, they responded better than I expected, I am a single parent with 3 children and my budget was limited but royalty auto manager was able to do my brakes with out the high prices i was quoted by another shop... I am so glad I went to royalty auto service. You can say they are a true royal !
