Rosati's at 10030 w.cheyenne Ave. OMG it is Beyond disgusting, beyond awful!!! Oh & on top of it being so GROSS that me English Bulldog wouldn't eat it, the price was at the ALLTIME HIGH. We received their $26.35 special ! YES A Special, and we purchased a NEW YORK style 1/2 sausage & onion---1/2pineapple&canadian Baccon. The idiot on the phone said she new exactly what I was talking about, she went on to say she was also from NY/NJ area as I told her I was. She promised me that she would recommend the double dough thin crust this way I could fold it and it would slightly drip with oil and seasonings and the crust around the pizza would bubble up a bit et cetera. WELL THE PIZZA CAME, IT WAS CUT INTO small small square little bites, the dough was so thick and so tasteless, it had picked up the cardboard flavor of the very wrong style card board box they put the food in. Can't call it pizza. Anyway, I called back and of coarse the dip head was no longer available, she had left for the day. So I talked to dip head number two, she was immediately defensive. She DID MENTION that on a daily basis there customers would often Complain and debate about what REAL pizza is. ( smart business would recommend u listen to all ur customers)..Anyway after a 20+ min debate I finally got her agree to send me a new pizza. I had to coach the guy cooking the pizza because he was lost. He used deep dish pans(like pizza hut) put all the toppings on first and only put the toppings cheese and sauce in the center, leaving 3/4 inches of the no taste dough to rise in their dirty pan with no oil no garlic no seasonings.I coached him threw how to make the pizza. Then 45 min later a very uptight grumpy pizza delivery man came by and we exchanged pizzas. Anyway it was cut like a pie, u could see the toppings, however it still tasted like a CRDBOARD BOx and smelled like it to. There were no seasonings or oil at all and no it was not able to fold. If they would just open there eyes and ears they would may be able to please some of the people. I highly suggest u turn and run and don't spend ur hard earned money on this tasteless disgusting so called pizza unless u want to pay double or triple, for a cardboard taste and smell with plastic cheese and ragu pizza sauce at its best. Nothing fresh or real about the pizza at ALL. It is a serious train wreck and a nasty tasting cardboard circle of a mess cut into small squares. Yuk yuk NastyThe staff are as tasteless as the food.Over priced. No quality. Nonscence.....

I cannot comment on the food server's abilities. We always order take-out. We used to love the pizza, not as good as it used to be; but still better than most.

Love Rosati's Pizza! Coming from the Chicago suburbs, this is the best Chicago pizza in the valley. The staff is pleasant and the restaurant is always clean. Thank you for bringing the taste of Chicago to the valley.

After reading the negative reviews I feel that I need to emphasize the positives about this restaurant. The servers are always friendly and the pizza is fantastic. My boyfriend and I eat there every other week or order out and we get delicious food for the price. Sorry another customer feels that they were treated unfairly because of their race. I have never once seen the servers ignore anyone. Sometimes those girls are very busy and take a moment to come to your table. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the way the menu is at the end of the table and I have never seen the servers standing around twiddling their thumbs. Great atmosphere, delicious food and lots of fun to eat there. Lisa

Worst service ever. Got my order completely wrong, never once apologized or offered to fix it. The service is horribly slow and staff is beyond unhelpful. Do not support this place!

Amazing take out. Great italian menu selection plus try the chicago style . . . one of the best even on the east coast.

I've eaten at this Rosati's 3 times, and also gotten take out there 3 times. The food has always been great!! It's always hot, and there are generous portions. Their cannoli is the closest to the real thing I've had since moving here from New York 5 years ago. Love this place!!

How this place is still in business is beyond me. Tried it twice. Service was horrible. Food was below average. In today's economy only the best restaurants will survive and Rosati's on the corner of Durango and Grand Teton is not one of them.

I have never gotten good service here. Someone needs to teach the owners how to run a business. I should have my head examined for going there 3 times!

I TRULY BELIEVE THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION ARE A BUNCH OF RACISTS. Now I'm not the kind of person who plays the race card thing at all but this situation was uncalled for. I went there with my family and we were completely ignored. My family and I are Hispanic and I don't mean the pointy toed boots and cowboy hat type Mexicans. Everyone else there was of a Caucasian background. We walked in and sat down and since I had never been there, I waited about 10 minutes and no one asked us anything or said anything to us. I then asked how the ordering process worked and was told, "Just sit down and someone will come take your order." Well 5 minutes more went by and then another WHITE family came in and were almost immediately waited on. As you can imagine I grew pretty upset and proceeded to leave. One of the girls who worked there asked if something was wrong and I told her, " We've been here 15 minutes and no one has cared to wait on us." She just said, "Oh, that sucks." I saw her tell the manager (or at least he appeared to be the manager) and all he did was shrug. IT'S A SHAME THAT IN 2008 THERE STILLS EXISTS RACISM ESPECIALLY AT A POPULAR PUBLIC PLACE. DON'T SUPPORT THIS ROSATI'S LOCATION AND DON'T SUPPORT RACISM!
