I have lots experience with this company. They were the only outfit around for awhile. So that had you if anything goes wrong AND IT DOES! The product is great, materials good but installation and service is terrible as well as the high cost. Little value for your money. I had these installed on several windows because I could not afford to do all the windows at once. The first time was great. After that it was all down hill. Nails coming from outside into the house causing leaks, remote programming is always buggy, forget ladders and have to re-schedule. I live on a golf course and had to replace slats due to golf ball damage. They came out replaced slats but they never fixed them correctly and tried to charge me. Spaces in most of the slats so light comes in etc... It's never ending considering the high price. Tried to work it out with them for months and months but they are GREEDY and UNPROFESSIONAL!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! Try and find another company that does the same thing.
