Please,Beware of these People,MONEY HUNGRY SNAKES!#WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING!DON'T want to fix up their property expect you to do it all,My first month into the property the plumbing went bad,not due to me due to these two big palm trees they have in the front yard, call mary roe an told her about the problem an i was told it isnt her concern, i responsible, well okay i took care of it called out a plumber paid 259 out my own pocket to find out the problem will consist due to the Roots(palmTree) busting threw the pipes, House is full of roaches..every where she gave me a stove that didnt work,n thats only the small part, 2nd month i was told i have a late fee of 89.95 i thought in the state of neveda we have a 5day grace period, not with her,since i lived in her home i have paid more then 895 a month always over $1,000 beware of them an dont rent!!! 3517 mabry st.
