This company only cares about the owner, not the tennant. Does not return calls nor fix problems in a timely manner. They make all sorts of promises they have no intentions of keeping. IF you ever rent from them, make sure you get EVERY LITTLE THING IN WRITING. Even simple conversations, that they say, sure no problem, make sure you get it in writing, b/c they've come back to us at the end saying, I never had the authority to approve that, plus you don't have it in writing. Then when they do call a contractor, they don't notify you of the appointment. 2 guys in an unmarked white van will show up at your door. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. We had to schedule a walk thru 3 times, b/c they no showed, no called every time. Then when they finally show up, give us a list of items to fix. We have professional people come in and fix everything. When everything was done, all of sudden come up with MORE things. We fix it still, and they say it was done wrong and they're going to take the entire security deposit. On top of having a MAJOR mold problem, they did not fix it...they asked us to leave early since our lease was up that month and say they would reimburse us since we paid the entire month. Rescinded the offer when they were telling us, we weren't going to get the security deposit back. They're response was, go get a laywer, knowing most people know that a lawyer would cost more than the security deposit itself. Seriously the WORST, MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY WITH NO INTEGRITY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.
