I received a text message an hour and a half before my appointment stating that my documentation was needed to file my taxes. I mentioned via text that I was told I would be able to meet to get a quote and then upload my documents to a secure portal. They tried to call me 30 minutes before my appointment but I couldn't answer as I was in a meeting. Messaged back after my meeting saying I could talk when they were ready (at this point 15 minutes before my appointment). Never received a call or text back, didn't get a call at my appointment time. Haven't heard a word back. Awful customer service. You think they'd try to be more accommodating and communicate better with first time clients.

Every single year I come in to file my taxes, it is a pleasure. No hassle, straight forward, quick and easy. If you don't understand, the lovely ladies have no issues on explaining to you in details and no hidden small prints. Melissa does a great job at filing my taxes and I appreciate her and her whole team.
