Office staff is very rude and unprofessional. They treat you like your stupid and like you are bothering them. They take forever to service your home too. Recently SWAT entered our complex and threw flash grenades waking everyone up at 12:30 a.m. This is after increased crime in our complex. A few days after the SWAT incident, we decided to move out due to concerns over our safety and when giving notice that we will be out by the end of the month, they are throwing a hissy fit over the 30 day notice. I understand that is what was understood, however, when you have to move due to safety concerns and are giving at least half that time in notice and will be out before the end of the month which has been paid for already, you would think some consideration would be provided. We are now forced to pay for an empty apartment for half of a month while they get it ready for other renters. By the way, it took them 2 weeks to fix air conditioner in the dead of summer knowing I was on oxygen
