Reasons you should NEVER move here:
1. Terrible costumer service.
The front desk will never do anything to get something done at once. You will have to make multiple phone calls throughout the day simply because they "forgot" to do their job. They will say "Oh, we forgot to send the paperwork." Or "we forgot to call them" and not even apologize. They will blame you and ask you why you're mad. Also, when you make a complaint, they will swear, yell, and call you crazy. Even when you're making a very logical, rational argument, they will curse you out. They will never in a million years try to solve and discuss the issue like this business owner is commenting. The maintenance guys take forever to come. If you want to live in an apartment where water pipes go down and air conditioning fails, be my guest and live here.

2. Multiple break-ins.
The first year that I lived here, I witnessed 3 break-ins. The units were robbed and police had to come investigate. They say security is going around 24-7, but it seems useless. One time I saw a drunk person urinating all over the parking place. I keep seeing comments from the business owner stating that Renaissance has an A rating. Instead of stating that you are doing everything right, why not try to look into the problem and fix it?

3. Model house vs. Actual complex
The models look very nice. However, once you move into the actual complex, you'll know why I hate this place. Cabinet doors fall off easily, bathtubs are stained, carpet is dirty, outlets do not work (whenever you plug in something it will simply fall off), etc. When I moved in, I had to clean everything by myself because they didn't do their job even when you have to pay them 250 for the "cleaning fee." You can also hear your neighbors, very clear, which can be very disturbing when you're trying to get some sleep or need to be quiet.

Please do yourself a favor and NEVER move here.

This is the best place I have lived in Las Vegas. I do not like critters crawling around and they have pest control all the time. No Roaches. If something stops working they fix it . They also maintain the grounds all the time and have security walk around at night. People are all friendly and I love it.
