Renaissance recently cater a corporate event for us at our branch and let just say it was the best I ever seen in LV. We had a two-part catering that met all our expectations and then some for our event. We wanted something simple like chips and sandwiches, but Chef Rey elevated it to the next level to give it a very elegance touch which our guests loved. Staff were so nice and very attentive to all our guest. Quality of food was great and very fresh which they also cater to our vegan crowd. Highly recommended for any event.

Renaissance Catering was a pleasure to work with, Chef Reymundo is amazing. I appreciate the flexibility he allowed with creating my menu that he and his team executed beautifully. My agency SafeNest hosted a training at the Spring Perseveres and Renaissance was on the list of vetted vendors, so it took some of the guess work when it came to finding a caterer. The food that I requested was a celebration of Hispanic culture and I'm not talking about tacos....... They brought my vision of a food journey through many Hispanic countries such as Spain, Belize, Columbia, Honduras, Cuba, Mexico, Peru, and Ecuador just to mention a few. The ingredients were fresh, and the food really transported you to these countries. Reymundo and his staff were professional, polite, and very helpful. I will certainly use them again for future events. They provided a real peace of mind because I didn't have to worry about anything as it related to the food and beverage. From setup, presentation, or breakdown & cleanup was all covered and included in the price.

I'm disappointed that I didn't get an opportunity to take pictures to share of the beautiful presentation and the quality of the food.

The event last night was great these guys did an amazing job and overdelivered my expectations for food at an event. And to top it off they really have a beautiful presentation

My new husband and I hired Renaissance Catering for our backyard wedding. We worked very closely with Chef Raymundo and Chef Michael and they were great! Not only did the planning go very smoothly with them, but the food was out of this world!! Our guests could not stop talking about how good the food was. If you have an event you need to be catered, 100% go with Renaissance Catering. We will be returning to them for our 5 year anniversary vow renewal party!

Renaissance Catering provided a beautiful lunch for my garden wedding. The menu, designed by Chef Michael, was perfect for the event and the food was delicious! In addition, the experience of working with these professionals exceeded my expectations. I also had a general sense of happy in working with them. At all times I felt that they were attentive and caring towards me, a slightly frantic bride. Chefs Michael and Reymundo were a joy to work with and my guests loved the meal. Highly recommend!

We have hired them for a couple events now and will continue to do so and recommend their business to others! Professional staff that ensures everything is taken care of and the food is perfection!

Michael was wonderful to work with and very responsive to questions. He even came with some great suggestions. I look forward to working with him again.

This is our 2nd time using Renaissance Catering and they NEVER disappoint. Once for our Holiday party and most recently for our Thanksgiving party. Chef Mike is unlike any other Chef I've worked with before. He and his team are extremely professional and passionate about what they do! For starters, the presentation of the food is always beautiful and hot! They pay close attention to EVERY detail and accommodate even the smallest request, and not to mention the food is always DELICIOUS! I highly recommend Renaissance Catering for all your catering events.

Outstanding experience and catering company! They took care of us right from the prompt responses to changes , right thru the event. They were not the cheapest but great value for the money hands down.

We threw a Halloween party and couldn't have been happier with these guys, the whole team was professional and on top of every detail. our guests were blown away and asking for cards. You could tell they cared about presentation and flavors. The quality of food was much better than any company we have used in the past. Easily recommend them to anyone.

Stumbled onto these guys at a friends party and liked what we saw and tasted. The when we needed a caterer we called and got the best service from start to finish and the food was even better than our friends, I think we picked a better menu, well actually gave some guide lines and they created a menu from that that kicked butt. I like to let professionals do what they know best and see if they can handle it. Their experience came thru from quick and easy setting up to spotless breakdown. You can say we will use them again and highly recommend

Chef Michael treated our small gathering of out of town guests to his delightful delicacies. Sixteen friends had come together in the suites of the Las Vegas Elara for a celebration of two landmark birthdays. I needed some early evening hors d’oeuvres to accompany the cake and champagne toast before attending a local venue. Renaissance Catering was the perfect choice! As an out of towner I perused many of the review links available to me in making my selection of a catering company. Chef Michael was a great communicator from the very beginning of my quest. His comprehension of my needs resulted in spot on palate pleasers from his list of vast offerings. His serving staff maneuvered through the Elara’s parking structure and hotel accessibility requirements to arrive in a timely fashion and set up for our small gathering. The food was well-displayed and the staff operated with great finesse throughout the small kitchen and crowded suite. The hors d’oeuvres were nicely plated and the servers poured the champagne and cut the cakes for the birthday toasts. Clean up was quick and thorough...allowing our group ample time to catch the party bus and be on our way. THE REMAINING FOOD WAS CAREFULLY PACKED UP AND REFRIGERATED. We have found our catering service provider in Las Vegas for easy carefree events. there was a small issue with rentals and they handled it flawlessly and made us look great to our guests. Food and service was impeccable and great value for the dollar. They were not the cheapest but have served us best over the years and that is worth the peace of mind.

The event we just had was one of the best tasting I've been to in Vegas! Everything was fresh and clean tasting. You could tell they but some love into it all. They kept the place clean and beautifully presented for guests and made us look great. Happy to have found them and definitely recommend

Great event caterer for our company! they made us look great in front of our prospective clients. They even added a fancy carving station we didn't expect. The staff kept the place spotless and presentable. Food was over the top good. We are going to do this event annually and will be having them top what they did this year!

I have been lucky enough to get to try some of Chef Michael’s over abundance of food preparations in the past, and it has always been a variety of delicious cultural flavors with a presentation of a true artist. The most recent being his take on caprese salad. Since I got mine “to go”, he told me it may need a bit of seasoning, balsamic vinegar. Although I did try it with a little balsamic reduction I had laying around, I found it overpowered the delicate flavor of the pesto he used with the variety of heirloom grape tomatoes and mozzarella. The dish was perfectly delicious just the way it was! I would highly recommend Renaissance Catering for any event, the more eclectic and unique, the better, as Chef Michael definitely thinks outside the box and his imagination for flare is limitless and very impressing!

one of the best events we have ever had! Yay, we finally found a reliable caterer for our events in Vegas. We have events at other locations around the country and want to bring them with us!!! seriously, in a town of flaky fly-by companies its reassuring that the company we hire will be there when we need them. (We've had companies disappear one week out from our events) Look no further for a las vegas caterer.......... :)

Top quality service, presentation and food! They stepped up what we expect from a caterer. it was flawless and if their were any issues they just handled it from start to finish and left our place cleaner than when they got here. I couldn't ask for more and you're silly not to try them.
