I went in today for a car wash for $15. When I left, I realized that somebody had put my liquid air freshener attached to my vent upside down. All of the liquid had spilled out and ate a hole in my stereo unit. They cleaned up the liquid as if nothing happened and left it on my vent (on the opposite side) upside down. The damage that these guys cause to so many vehicles is ridiculous! They should be shut down! I will be spreading the word to everyone I know on every social media platform and report them to the BBB! You should be ashamed of yourselves! Cheaters, liars, vandalizers! You're welcome for the 5 dollar tip. You're going to need it!!!!

My car was a reck and they made it look and feel new again. Thanks for the good work.

Attention: Jose’Camero, Outside Manager

To whom it may concern,

Having been a long time costumer of your establishment, I am surprised that some of your personnel is so poorly trained to cause irreparable damage to my car by being just simply care less.

I drive a Lincoln Town Car. On my last visit one of your Employees entered the car with either tools or keys on his belt ripping the Leather Seat on several places. To add insult to injury that same thoughtless Employee then proceed to damage and break the Lumbar Unit by, I am assuming trying to adjust the seat by using the Lumbar installment as the seat adjustment.

Other than being disappointed in your poor Employee Training I would like to have the damages replaced. I have been trying to glue the Lumbar Plastic Unit without success – I feel not much can be done with the ripped leather seat. At a price of $15.95/17.95 for a carwash I cannot afford going to your establishment and have to pay for the additional damage your Employees cause by being ill trained or plain careless.
